Lanner’s 4G LTE Modem Cards PGN-300 Certified with PTCRB and AT&T

11th, June, 2019, Taipei – Lanner, a global leader in manufacturing and supplying advanced network appliances and rugged applied computing platforms, today announced the launch of PGN Series, a swappable 4G LTE-ready radio modem for mission-critical communications. To shorten the time-to-market process for customers, the PGN cards have been PTCRB and AT&T certified, while the certification with Verizon is in process.

Regarding hardware compatibility, the PGN Series is fully compatible with Lanner vehicle computer V3S & V6S, Industrial computer LEC-2290 and network appliances FW-7573. The PGN series offers scalability for hardware devices that support future-proof 4G LTE wireless connectivity. The swappable caddy design make the system maintenance easier in field change and upgrade to meet the local wireless frequency bands. To assure connectivity, PGN Series offers 4G LTE fail-over for 24/7 uninterrupted operations. The modem card is optimally designed for intelligent VMS, mobility SD-WAN. 4G LTE failover for business continuity.

In the hardware aspect, the PGN-300 is built-in with 4G LTE Cat-6 embedded module. The secure mechanical design provides dual SIM card readers and dual 4G LTE Antenna inputs. The PCI-Express 3.0 connector interface is hot-swappable. Through the holder converter design, the PGN Series can be placed in NCS2 NIC module form factor to fit all Lanner network appliances with NIC slot.
