Why can only 4 (out of 8) ports of the NCS-ISM802A connect to a network on the FW-8771C?

Problem: My FW-8771C has an NCS-ISM802A NIC module installed. Why only 4 (out of 8 ports) can connect to a network?

Solution: The FW-8771C has two PCIex8 gold finger connectors which are different from the PCIex4 (2 pairs) connector of the NCS-ISM802A. You can use a riser card with 2 pairs of PCIex4 signal to eliminate this problem. Please contact our sales representative for this card.
