Lanner to Present the New Industrial PCs for Energy Management and SCADA Security at DistribuTECH 2016

With the increasing concerns for energy control, owners of critical infrastructures are seeking intelligent and secured solutions for energy meter control and monitoring, as well as protection of their data flow. With regards to this concern, Lanner will showcase a series of new industrial PCs for smart grid management and industrial cyber security to reduce the development costs for infrastructure owners. Come join Lanner at Booth 864, DistribuTECH 2016, which will run from February 9 to 11, in Orange County Convention Center, Orlando, Florida.

High Reliability Rackmount PC for Substation Automation

Lanner will showcase the new IEC-61850 complaint rackmount Box PC, the LEC-3231, featuring the Intel Core i7-3517UE CPU, up to 10/18 isolated serial COM ports and redundant power supplies. The fanless rackmount box PC offers high integration of automation devices and sensors for control consolidation, infrastructure monitoring and data transmission to achieve the highest stability and productivity.

Rugged DIN-Rail Gateway for Energy Management

The robust and compact DIN-Rail Box PCs is designed for collecting and monitoring data from meters and sensors deployed with energy generating sites. For this application, Lanner will present the new LEC-3030/303T, which is built in an ultra compact form factor to meet the demand of space-efficiency in today’s industrial applications. The industrial PC is driven by Intel dual-core SoC CPU(Celeron N2807) and supports various features including dual isolated ESD/surge protected COM, dual LAN/USB ports and wide range of operating temperatures.

High Availability Industrial Cyber Security Appliances

LEC-6030 is our answer to today’s ICS cyber security needs. Featuring Intel® Atom™ E3845 processor, wide operating temperature (-40~70ºC) and 6 x RJ45 GbE Ports (4 with PoE), the Class I Div2 compliant LEC-6030 offers network security features required in the critical infrastructure, such as protocol filtering, packet inspection, white-listing and network traffic monitoring.
