The LEC-7242, an industrial environment gateway IPC driven by Intel® Apollo Lake CPU, is CE, FCC and PTCRB certified for LTE or WiFi; it is designed for IoT/IIoT edge, wireless security and multi-site manage-ment solution deployment in commercial, enterprise and public sector applications.
This particular LTE gateway’s power consumption ranges between 5.4W to 13.5W as it draws between 5.3W to 8.5W and the LTE modem uses between 0.14W to 4.95W. Such low-power consumption makes the LEC-7242 the ideal appliance for remote area deployments when and where fixed electrical power sources are few and far between.
