How to troubleshoot an LVC-5000 series system when it is not powering up?

Problem

How could I troubleshoot an LVC-5000 series system when it is not powering up?

Solution

Use the following steps to perform the troubleshooting procedure:
1.  When the car engine ignites, the GPO LED should be lit. If the GPO LED is not lit, please check the IG (ignition) pin has been correctly connected.
2.  Under normal configuration, the system will enter power-on self-test after the GPO LED lights up for 4 seconds, and then the POWER and POE LED will be lit too. If the LEDs are not lit, please check DC-IN and GND pins have been correctly connected.
3.  After the system enters the OS, the HDD, 3G and Wi-Fi LEDs should be lit. If they are not lit, please check the 3G and Wi-Fi cards are installed correctly.
